All orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse outside of Sydney, Australia. We use Australia post to send all parcels.

For all purchases prior to December 25th, returns have an extended period up until the end of January. You must contact us prior to January 31st, 2025 to initiate your return.

Standard Delivery - $10 flat rate or free for orders over $100
Fully tracked. Tracking number available on request. Orders placed using this service will arrive within 3 - 8 working days (working days excludes: Weekends, National & Regional Public Holidays and Bank Holidays).

Standard Delivery - $15 flat rate or free for orders over $250

Fully tracked. Tracking number available on request. Orders placed using this service will arrive within 6 - 14 working days (working days excludes: Weekends, National & Regional Public Holidays and Bank Holidays).

Duties & Taxes

We ship from Australia. Some countries may charge customs or import duties on parcels entering the country. These costs must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel. As these fees vary greatly from country to country, we do not keep a record of the applicable fees. For information about applicable fees in your country, please contact your local customs office.
